All submissions should be written in English.

Note:
(1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.
(2) The full paper length should be at least 8 pages. Reviewers are guided to assess the technical soundness, originality, and significance of the work. A paper that is too brief (e.g., 5-7 pages) often cannot adequately address these criteria for a full research contribution. Consequently, reviewers will likely recommend rejection or major revision for papers that are concise to the point of being insufficient, while robust, detailed submissions (frequently 8+ pages) will be stronger candidates for acceptance.
(3) All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
